About the role

As a Junior Technical Project Manager at YND, you will actively participate in software product delivery and work with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will:

  • understand, analyse and help to break down business requirements into implementable features
  • capture and track the delivery of planned work
  • communicate and resolve the impediments
  • shorten feedback loops
  • help to maintain the product backlog
  • provide input during discussions leading to correct, scalable, reliable, and performant solutions
  • participate in discussions around management methods, agile practices and tools selected for the project management process in YND


Job requirements


Expectations

  • analytical thinking
  • great communication skills (written & spoken, Polish and English)
  • technical background or engineering education
  • experience with Agile software development
  • eager to learn and improve

Nice to have

  • experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
  • Agile certification
